Booking form

We are not yet open for bookings for the next Audiojumble event. Details will be confirmed in due course. Stallholder booking forms will be released approximately six weeks before the event.

Tables and chairs

We supply tables and chairs, so there is no need to bring your own. Each table is approximately 6' x 2' 6'' in size.

It is the responsibility of stallholders to ensure that their tables have been erected properly, have been stacked safely and are not overloaded. Items on the floor must not protrude beyond the front boundary of the tables.

Parking

There is a large main car park at the front of the venue, with a further overflow car park nearby if needed. Please note that the car park does not open until approximately 6:30am.

Timings

Stallholders have access to the hall from 7.15am. Please ensure that you do not leave your stall unattended at any time and be aware that members of the public will be coming in from 8.30am.

The venue must be fully vacated by 4:00pm at the latest.

Trolleys

Please ensure you bring your own trolley for loading and unloading your stall(s).

Wristbands

Please note that stall holders and helpers should wear their wristbands at all times. Entry will be refused without a wristband.

Items for sale

All sales/purchases made at the Audiojumble are private transactions between the buyer and seller. Audiojumble Ltd does not accept liability for any items offered for sale.

Before selling any item that without modification is capable of being plugged into the mains electricity supply, stallholders must ensure that it is safe and complies with the latest Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations, copies of which are obtainable from local trading standards offices.

K2 Crawley, Pease Pottage Hill, Crawley, RH11 9BQ.

Venue layout

There will be two access routes for stallholder loading (as shown by the blue arrows on the diagram below):

• The primary route for stallholder loading will be through the main K2 entrance at the front of the building. Once inside the building, go straight ahead, past the cafe on your left-hand-side and then turn right into the main corridor towards the main sports hall.
• A secondary route for stallholder loading will be via a set of glass doors at the right-hand side of the building. There is a small car park area (approximately 15-20 spaces) at the front right-hand corner of the K2 as indicated on the map below, with closer access to the sports hall via the glass doors. Please only loadthrough this route if you have parked in this area. Please note that there is a step up from the car park to the path via this secondary route. Step-free access is available via the primary loading route.

Please note that one set of doors into the sports hall will be used for entry while a second set of doors will be used for the exit.
